The Speaker added a Judiciary Committee referral for the following:            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 141(L&C)                                               
"An Act relating to construction contracts and subcontractors;                
relating to design-build construction contracts; and providing for             
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
CSSB 141(L&C) was removed from the Rules Committee and referred                
to the Judiciary Committee.
